All Therabody products purchased from Therabody.ae are covered under a 12-month limited warranty, in accordance with regional consumer electronics standards.

1. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

2. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Use in commercial environments (e.g., gyms, clinics, spas)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or negligence

3. How to Request Warranty Service (RMA)
- Email therabody@monsterme.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and images/videos if applicable
- If eligible, an RMA number and return instructions will be issued

4. Resolution
Therabody.ae may offer repair, replacement, or store credit for approved claims. Products deemed out of warranty will be returned unrepaired or repaired at a charge.
