Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy aligns with UAE Consumer Protection Law and is designed to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened hygiene products (e.g., facial attachments)
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

4. Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
- For defective items, Therabody.ae will provide a pre-paid return label.

5. How to Initiate a Return
Contact support@therabody.ae with your order number and reason for return. A team member will provide further instructions.
