Therabody.ae offers delivery across the UAE through authorized courier partners.

1. Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Rural or remote areas may require additional time.

2. Delivery Charges
- Orders above AED [threshold] qualify for free standard shipping
- Orders below this value may incur a nominal shipping fee
- Cash on Delivery may include an additional service charge

3. Order Tracking
All orders are assigned a tracking number. Customers will receive tracking details by email or SMS once shipped.

4. Delivery Exceptions
Therabody.ae is not liable for delays due to third-party logistics, weather disruptions, or incorrect address entries.

5. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
