Therabody.ae does not process returns, exchanges, or refunds directly.

All returns and refund requests must be handled by the original retailer or marketplace where the product was purchased.

Return Responsibility

If you purchased your product from a retailer, distributor, online marketplace, or third party seller, you must contact that seller directly.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the retailer’s own terms and conditions of sale.

Proof of Purchase Required

Customers must provide valid proof of purchase when requesting any return or refund from the original retailer.

Without proof of purchase, the retailer may refuse the request in accordance with their policy.

Eligibility and Conditions

Return eligibility, refund timelines, inspection requirements, and any associated shipping costs are determined solely by the retailer where the product was originally purchased.

Therabody.ae does not authorize or guarantee refunds outside of the retailer’s stated policy.

Products Purchased Directly from a Retail Partner

If your item was purchased through:

• Amazon
• Noon
• A physical retail store
• An authorized reseller

You must follow that seller’s official return and refund procedure.

UAE Consumer Protection

All retailers are required to operate in accordance with applicable UAE Consumer Protection regulations. Customers are advised to review the retailer’s published return policy at the time of purchase.
